About Us
Myers Construction Solutions has two principals; Janelle Myers and Clint Myers. There is a three member Board of Directors which includes Janelle Myers, Clint Myers and Diane Eidam.
Janelle Myers:
Janelle started her professional career in 1990 as she helped open a woman-owned heavy highway construction company that focused on constructing barrier rail in California, Nevada and New Mexico. She served as Vice President and a member of the Board of Directors until the company was sold in 2006. Annual revenues were consistently over $2-million.
In 2005, Janelle became involved in the formation an Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) for a large heavy highway construction company. Her role included consulting and decision-making through the establishment of the plan.
Janelle has now decided to enter full time into the consulting business with the formation of Myers Construction Solutions, Inc. Janelle brings years of industry experience as well as an uncanny ability to read people and solve problems quickly with minimal disruption.
Clint Myers:
Clint Myers has worked in the construction industry at every stage of his career. Clint started in the heavy highway sector serving as a Project Manager, Contract Administrator, Project Engineer and Estimator. After attending graduate school, Clint moved to residential and commercial development and construction, serving as president of a construction company.
Clint has wide-ranging experience in generational and ownership transitions, overhead analysis, process and procedures review and strategic planning.
Clint is a former board member of C.C. Myers, Inc. and currently serves on the Board of Directors for KVIE and The Discovery Museum as well as volunteering his time to the American Heart Association.
Diane Eidam:
The ability to craft policy combined with the talent to lead others has allowed Diane to excel within the public sector of construction. Diane has agreed to serve on the Board of Directors and become an integral part of the leadership at Myers Construction Solutions. She believes that truly successful partnerships are built on trust and mutual respect: "Public and private partnerships, where both sides have bought into the process, creates an environment in which sucess comes naturally."
Diane began her twenty-two year career at Caltrans working her way up from an entry level auditor to a Deputy Director of the Department of Transportation. She left Caltrans to manage her own state department for four years as the Executive Director of the California Transportation Commission (CTC). In 2005, Diane left state government to take on new challenges as the Chief Deputy Executive Director of the San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG).
Diane is excited at this stage of her career to work with M-C-S.
